1. About the application

Find Karaoke, also displayed as Karaoke Finder, is a directory that helps users locate venues and events offering karaoke. Searching for karaoke locations is free to users.

Venue representatives and karaoke jockeys (“KJs”) may use the applicable Join buttons in the application to submit their information. Any separate enrollment conditions or charges must be disclosed before enrollment.

2. Information supplied by venues and KJs

Venue and event information is supplied by participating venues, KJs, and other contributors. Those submitting information are responsible for its accuracy, completeness, and timely updates, including addresses, karaoke dates, start times, cancellations, admission requirements, and contact details.

You must have authority to represent a venue or KJ when submitting or changing its listing. You may not submit false, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized information.

3. Confirm before traveling

A listing does not guarantee that karaoke will take place. Contact the venue or KJ directly before traveling to confirm the event, time, location, admission requirements, and availability.

Events may be canceled, rescheduled, or discontinued without the application receiving an update. A venue may also close or change its operating hours.

4. Independent venues and events

Find Karaoke provides directory information. We do not operate, manage, or control independently listed venues or karaoke events. A listing does not constitute an endorsement or a guarantee of a venue’s services, safety, accessibility, or suitability.

Venues and event organizers are responsible for their own operations, admission policies, event delivery, and applicable permits and music licenses.

5. Listing accuracy and travel expenses

We do not guarantee that listings are current, complete, or free of errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for canceled or unavailable karaoke, inaccurate third-party listings, wasted trips, fuel costs, transportation expenses, lost time, or other losses arising from reliance on information supplied by venues, KJs, or other contributors.

This provision does not exclude responsibility or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Submitted content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us permission to store, display, format, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote your listing within the service.

Submit only information, photographs, logos, and other materials you own or have permission to use. Do not include private information about another person without appropriate authorization.

We may review, correct, restrict, or remove listings that are inaccurate, unauthorized, unlawful, or inconsistent with these terms. Submission does not guarantee publication or continued inclusion.

7. Responsible use

Do not misuse the application, impersonate others, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful purposes. Follow each venue’s rules and applicable age restrictions.

Nothing in these terms prevents lawful complaints or honest reviews.

8. Availability and outside services

We may update, maintain, change, or discontinue features. Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Links, maps, directions, and other services supplied by third parties are subject to those providers’ terms. We do not control their availability or accuracy.

9. Privacy

Our separate Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, retained, and shared. These terms do not replace that policy.

10. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms and will display the revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.

To report an incorrect listing or ask a question, use the contact or support option provided in the application or its Google Play listing. Contact the venue or KJ directly for event confirmation.

11. Rights preserved

These terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing here waives non-excludable consumer protections or excuses fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability that cannot legally be limited.
