Information the app handles

When you create an account, Find Karaoke uses your name and email address to create and manage your account. Supabase Auth handles sign-in credentials; Find Karaoke does not store your password in the app’s ordinary profile tables.

If you use the app’s karaoke search, you may grant foreground location access. The app uses your phone’s location to calculate nearby karaoke results. Location is not saved to your Find Karaoke account by the app. Some app versions use the phone’s location service to convert coordinates to a city and state for display.

If you use Play With Myself, your song titles and artists are saved to your account so your song list can be used on another signed-in device.

If you submit a venue or equipment listing, the app may collect the business/listing details you provide, including name, address, ZIP code, phone number, email, description, and photos. Fields you submit for a public listing may be visible to other app users. Your personal song list is account-specific and is not displayed as a public listing.

How information is used

We use information to operate Find Karaoke features, manage accounts, find nearby karaoke, save personal song lists, display listings you choose to submit, and respond to support or deletion requests.

Service providers and sharing

Find Karaoke uses Supabase to provide account authentication, database, and photo-storage services. Information needed to provide those services is processed by Supabase on our behalf.

Some venue and equipment listing details that you submit for public display, including contact information you choose to include, are shown to other app users. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

If you choose a paid membership, the app opens Stripe’s checkout website. Payment details are entered with Stripe, not in Find Karaoke. Stripe handles that transaction under its own privacy terms.

Retention and deletion

Account and listing information is kept while needed to operate the service. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email karaview3@gmail.com from the email address on your account with the subject Find Karaoke account deletion. Do not include your password. Requests are reviewed manually. Some data may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and transaction records.

Security

Connections to Find Karaoke services use encryption in transit. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Adults and children

Find Karaoke is intended for adults 18 and older and is not directed to children.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the app changes. The current version will be available at the public privacy-policy link shown on the Google Play listing.
